Sales Summary - Vehicles Tab

The Vehicles tab is used to review sales statistics for the top five best selling vehicle models during the report period. Statistics display for new, used, and certified vehicles.

Note - The Vehicles tab is only available if Deal Date is selected in the Type field in the Report Criteria section when the report is requested.

To access the Vehicles tab, select the Vehicles tab on the Report Results panel on the Sales Summary screen.

The information that displays on this tab can be used to help users review sales statistics for the most popular new, used, and certified vehicle models, as well as what portion of those vehicle sales can be attributed to XtreamService prospects.

Note - The graphs on this tab display gross profit or revenue based on the entry in the Displayed Results field in the Report Criteria section.

New Vehicle Models Sold Section

The New Vehicle Models Sold section is used to review sales statistics for the top five best selling new vehicle models during the report period. The Top Model by Sales graph displays the percentage of vehicle sales for each of the top five best selling vehicle models. The Gross Profit/Revenue by Model graph displays the overall gross profit or revenue for each vehicle model.

Fields in this section display gross profit or revenue based on the entry in the Displayed Results field in the Report Criteria section.

The following columns are available in the New Vehicle Models Sold section.

New Vehicle Models Sold: The year, make, and model of the vehicle display.

All Sales: The total number of all sales for the vehicle displays.

Sold Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles sold to prospects displays as a link. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the transactions can be reviewed.

% of New Sales: The percentage of new vehicle sales that were sold matches for the associated vehicle model displays.

The following fields only display if Gross Profit is selected in the Displayed Results field in the Report Criteria section at the top of this screen.

Gross Profit Generated - All Sales Trans: The total gross profit generated by all sales of the corresponding vehicle displays.

Gross Profit Generated - Sold Matches: The amount of gross profit generated by sales of the corresponding vehicle to XtreamService prospects displays.

Avg Gross Profit per Transaction - All Sales Trans: The average gross profit generated by all sales of the corresponding vehicle displays.

Avg Gross Profit per Transaction - Sold Matches: The average gross profit generated by sales of the corresponding vehicle to XtreamService prospects displays.

The following fields only display if Revenue is selected in the Displayed Results field in the Report Criteria section at the top of this screen.

Revenue Generated - All Sales Trans: The total revenue generated by all sales of the corresponding vehicle displays.

Revenue Generated - Sold Matches: The amount of revenue generated by sales of the corresponding vehicle to XtreamService prospects displays.

Avg Revenue per Transaction - All Sales Trans: The average revenue generated by all sales of the corresponding vehicle displays.

Avg Revenue per Transaction - Sold Matches: The average revenue generated by sales of the corresponding vehicle to XtreamService prospects displays.

Used Vehicle Models Sold Section

The Used Vehicle Models Sold section is used to review sales statistics for the top five best selling used vehicle models during the report period. The Top Model by Sales graph displays the percentage of vehicle sales for each of the top five best selling vehicle models. The Gross Profit/Revenue by Model graph displays the overall gross profit or revenue for each vehicle model.
